Whether you are looking to book as a family of four, a large group or as an individual we have the perfect fit for you. With two wonderful chalets to choose from we can accommodate solo skiers as well as a large groups up to 32 across both chalets.

This was my tenth stay with Ice and Fire and my first in Chalet Edelweiss. The holiday was perfect in every way.The chalet was spotlessly clean and the service offered by Nadine our host was highly professional, warm, friendly and attentive but not fussy - the perfect balance. Dave our chef cooked up some fabulous food. The menu was varied and the food and wine were of the highest standard. Every year I think that the food cannot be bettered but somehow the chefs that Johanna employs manage to up the game year on year. The kitchen is at one end of the main living / dining room and I was particularly impressed that Dave was happy to chat about what he was cooking and share his recipes. As someone interested in food and cooking this added to my enjoyment.The facilities at the chalet are amazing, sauna, hot tub, nicely appointed rooms and beautiful views. The location is excellent and just a few minutes walk downhill to the first lift. The bars and restaurants are all nearby too. Les Coches is perfectly located for exploring La Plagne and Les Arcs.I cannot recommend Ice and Fire and Chalet Edelweiss highly enough.

I have been a guest of Ice and Fire every year since 2015 (with the exception of 2020 when the resort closed part way through the season due to COVID-19 restrictions) and have never failed to be impressed by the whole experience. Everything from the booking process with Johanna to the pick up at Aime Station and the service offered by the chalet team, everyone works very hard to make sure that you have a great holiday.I stayed in Chalet Flocon in 2023 and 2024 and the facilities and food were top notch. Great breakfasts, lovely cake in the afternoon and restaurant quality food and wine in the evening make for a quality eating experience.The chalet location couldn’t be better, it really is just a few minutes walk downhill to the first lift. I can highly recommend Chalet Flocon to solo travellers or families alike, you really won’t be disappointed.

My brother and I had a wonderful week away skiing in January 2025. The service from Johanna was amazing, we were picked up from the bus point and taken to the chalet. There we met our hosts Nadine and Dave the Chef. Food was top quality. Wines amazing and included along with beer and soft drinks. Hot tub and Sauna at the end of the day were amazing. Met some great chaps too. The view from the chalet is amazing and very close the chair lift. You can almost even ski to the door if you’re comfortable with skiing between buildings. Can’t wait to return in the future. Make sure you stay here! Edelweiss for life…

Chalet Flocon, run by Ice & Fire, is an amazing five star ski chalet, located within five minutes walk of the chairlift taking you to either of the incredible ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs. It is also on the doorstep of the delightful restaurants, outdoor/ski outlets, shops and lift office of Les Cloches.Ice & Fire provides a first class experience. Lounge / dining area and en-suite bedrooms looking out to Mont Blanc are extremely comfortable, along with sauna and jacuzzi. Attentive and friendly staff comprise of a live-in hostess and qualified chef. Food and drink are of an excellent standard, 4 course dinners being of top class restaurant quality.Having now stayed at Chalet Flocon twice, I look forward to returning and have already booked for 2026.

Return year after year to these beautiful chalets managed by Johanna and the team. Great location with wonderful views and a few minutes walk to the nearest lifts. Great facilities within the chalets with fantastic meals prepared by the in-house chefs. Can’t wait to return next year.

10/10 all round, incredible food – breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and dinner, chalet was kept immaculate for the whole week and hosting service was faultless, Rosie and Drew kept smiles on our faces the whole time! great spaces for communal areas and bedrooms much larger than other chalets we have been to.
