La Plagne LogoYou are almost certainly guaranteed to have a good night’s sleep on your first night in your chalet as, most probably, you will have had a long day traveling to be with us.

What makes for sweet dreams though, is knowing you have your lift pass in your ski jacket pocket, your boots and skis in the boot room & ski lessons confirmed.

Here at Ice and Fire Ski we make booking all those three things super easy.

Lift passes may be booked via our website. Simply logon to Myiceandfire, select which type of pass you want; Paradiski – which gives unlimited access to the La Plagne and Les Arcs ski areas or just a La Plagne area pass, enter the duration period and who it is for (Adult, child, senior, super senior) and job done. Payment is made online via our secure site.

The benefits of booking via our website is that your pass is linked to your booking. We collect your pass just before you are due in resort and deliver it to your chalet host, so it is in their hot little hand when you arrive at your chalet.

The price of all the ski passes is the same whether you book via Ice and Fire Ski or after queuing at the lift pass sales office.

For your ski equipment we have partnered with Rental Republic. They offer an in-chalet delivery and fitting service in both La Plagne and Les Coches.  Simply book via their super friendly web site. They have both skis, boots & snowboards for all ability of skier along with other accessories.

The benefits of booking with Rental Republic are many; They deliver and fit in your chalet long into the evening and way past when the ski hire shops have closed. At the end of the week simply leave your equipment in your chalet boot room and they will collect it from there – so no more schlepping up and down to the ski hire shop on a Saturday night.

If you need to change boots or skis during the week they are just a ‘phone call away and again they will come to your chalet.

Finally, ski lessons are best booked in advance as in peek weeks especially, lessons get booked solid.

Evoution2 are our Ski Lesson partner in Les Coches and offer group and individual ski and snow board lessons throughout the week. They are a small team of twelve and all the instructors speak English.

In La Plagne we recommend Reflex Ski School who offer a similar range of lessons again with English speaking instructors.

If you wish to book lessons then call or email Colin, our Admin’ Assistant, and he will assist you.

Finally, sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of something equally chilled knowing that you are good to go!

Massage Me 300px x 300pxNothing makes that last run of the day sweeter than knowing you have a massage booked for the early evening. The knowledge that your aching limbs will be soothed, massaged and relaxed prior to your evening meal smooths out those last moguls and helps you glide effortlessly back to your chalet.

Our preferred booking partner for in-chalet massages is Massage Me.

They represent 18 experienced therapists working throughout the Haute Tarantaise who drive a collective 4000+km a year providing an in-chalet massage service to clients.

This year they have launched a fully featured web site that gives full details of all the massages that are available and allows you to book & pay online – simples!

Beanies and Boots is one of their most popular massages. It couples a head and shoulder massage with a foot and lower limb massage, in fact, all the body areas, that tighten up during the week and ache. What could be better?

The therapist will come to your chalet 10 mins before the appointment with all the equipment they need.

It’s best to shower before treatment then, after the completion of a simple health questionnaire, the therapist will answer any further questions you have, then lie back, relax and enjoy that little bit of heaven.

Both male and female therapists are available.

Usually the recommendation is not to drink alcohol that evening, however a more practical recommendation is for every glass of wine that you drink, drink one of water - just don't overdo it.

The benefits are usually only too obvious; a wonderful treatment, a great night’s sleep, and skiing just feels easier the following day.

What’s not to like?

So, go on – you know you’re worth it.
