Fantastic evening meals, I particularly enjoyed the curry on our first night and everyone liked the home made cakes for afternoon tea. The cheese of the day story was a highlight for our party!

The wine was good and never ran out thank you.

Just wanted to thank you both again (and please pass on to the fabulous Serge and Nick) for a fantastic week. Of course I can't give you full credit for the company and snow :), but everything you guys did was great. Nice to get to know you both a little bit as well. I'll definitely be back.

Overall the holiday was excellent, I have experienced many chalet ski holidays and Ice and Fire ranks highly. The attention to detail pre-holiday and also in the presentation of the chalet was excellent.

The food was enjoyable and it was a very pleasant experience for me so do, please, pass on my thanks to Erin, Emily and Becky for all their extremely hard work.

The extras were a nice touch and showed that some thought had been given to ‘our’ overall experience.

Would be happy to recommend Fire and Ice and visit again at some point in the future.

I thought the booking process was very easy and it was good to have a person to communicate with that can sort any little problems you might have prior to departure (Heather). The food was great and the girls were excellent and the chalet was lovely.

The combination of great Chalet, attentive service and superb food
together with the wonderful skiing conditions made the holiday an
unforgetable experience.
I really appreciated your willingness to solve the few issues we had
fitting everyone in, arranging the airport transfers and the Bob
sledging.

Organising a large group is never easy but Heather made sure the locally booked things; passes, lessons and equipment were all sorted - after having skis fitted in the Chalet I'm never going back to a shop !
