We had a great week in Bon Vie (17th - 24th March 2013). The service was excellent from before we began our holiday to the end. The pick up and drop off from the station was so helpful. Carol and Greg were brilliant hosts, the food was fantastic and they were great at catering for our different needs. The touches of the dressing gowns and toiletries in the rooms, ***tails, c***pes and cheese were much appreciated and addedd to the holiday. The snow and skiing were also fabulous and the chalet is in a brilliant location. All round great value for money and a fantastic holiday.

Sorry this is a little late, but I would just like to say that Iain and Alison were absolutely fantastic and very accomodating with the girls generally and the food Iain made for them was very well received. They did a fabulous job, and made our holiday a lot easier. You could not fault the meals, cakes and wine or the cheese quiz!

100% recommend Ice and Fire.
We returned yesterday from a fabulous week in Les Coches chalet which is ideally placed for easy access to La Plagne and Les Arc, both catering for all levels of skier. The fact that all five families want to return next year speaks volumes. Great food, great chalet team, we particularly looked forward to Becky's cheese talk each evening. But the true test of a chalet holiday is the help you get in a crisis. One of our group did take a tumble and ended up in Bourg hospital. The care and help that Heather and Andy went to in supporting our group after the accident is so appreciated. Although Heather said 'that is my job', my response is you don't have to do it so well. We will be back, I am not giving anymore compliments (of which there are lots) until our next holiday with Ice and Fire is booked!!!

We have just returned from a fantastic week in La Plagne staying at Chalet Genepi.
Would 100% recommend this to anyone. We were a party of 3 families; 6 adults and 8 children and we had the best time.
Alyson and Iain were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and their food was "to die for" for both kids and adults. The kids ate really well and it was all healthy and homemade. The only bad meal we had the whole week was the one night we went out!!!!!!
Ski ing was great, we were a group of mixed ability skiers so there was something for everyone.
A fab week had by all!!!!!

Just wanted to write to say what a great time we had at Bon Vie with Dru and Holly.

Talk about good food. Try Dru's prawn and noodle salad complemented by a great Holly chocolate cake and ***tails. We were in heaven.

facilities and chalet were both excellent and the great *** skills were the icing on the cake. Dru and Holly are a credit to the company.

13 of us have recently returned from a week at Chalet Genepi and I wanted to express our thanks........ the chalet and its location were ideal, the snow conditions very good but the icing on the cake was provided by our two hosts Ian and Alyson whose helpfulness , efficiency and especially exceptional cooking made our very good holiday a brilliant one. Nothing was too much trouble for Drew and Holly. Helpful, focussed and with a great engaging sense of humour even though Drew is a Manc!

I just wanted to thank you for all your assistance with my week's skiing holiday
in Genepi.

Although I got back late on Sunday following a three hour delay at Geneva, at least
it finally took off as many others didn't!!!

I would also like to say what an asset Iain and Alyson are to your company, their professionalism,
attention to detail, and excellent customer service, plus their buoyant personalities are a credit to
both of them and your company.

I would ask that you pass on my comments to them, as well as my email address as I asked Iain for the
recipe of the soup on the last night and forgot to give him my email.

Exceeded my expectations by a long way, it was my first ski holiday booked without using a major tour operator, this is thanks to Heather who handled my booking excellently.
