Food And Drink

After a long day on the slopes, food is on everyone's mind. During your stay, your chalet team will prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and a four course evening meal for you – and of course, do all the washing up afterwards!

Breakfast

Start your day with a leisurely breakfast. Begin by helping yourself from our continental choice of fresh French bread and croissants, yoghurts, cereals, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and juices which are all offered daily. Or why not go for the hot option? It changes daily but firm favourites with our guests are home-made pancakes, scrambled eggs with bacon bits and fried egg served with mushrooms and grilled tomatoes.

Afternoon Tea

A ski holiday wouldn't be complete without afternoon tea when you come back in from the slopes. Bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee and a freshly baked cake or tart is laid out ready for your return - all you have to do is put the kettle on!

Complimentary bar

We have a complimentary bar with beer, wine, soft drinks, tea and coffee available for you to use all day, every day. Fancy a beer after a hard day on the slopes, or a glass of wine before dinner? Please help yourselves.

Dinner

Dinner is a social affair. You'll begin with cocktails and canapés in our spacious chalet lounge, followed by a freshly prepared four course evening meal. The menu varies on a daily basis but the premise is simple - take good quality ingredients and modern recipes and combine them to create delicious home cooked food.

The final course each evening is a cheese course, giving you the opportunity to sample the local cheeses for which this region is famous. Each evening we present a different cheese, telling you a bit about it and how it is made. We make the selection by mixing and matching between the better known varieties and some which never leave the region.

After dinner, relax in the lounge with a freshly-brewed coffee or play a game in front of the fire whilst the washing up is done for you.

Wines

We serve a choice of carefully selected red and white bottled wines to accompany the evening meal. The wines we serve are all French, chosen from a mixture of classic French grapes and some of the lesser known local varieties.

Dietary requirements

We are happy to cater for vegetarians, vegans, allergies, intolerances, halal diets and more - please contact us for additional information. We ask that you let us know in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies so that we may plan your menu accordingly to optimise your holiday experience.

We also offer an earlier kid's tea free of charge on request – for more details, please read the skiing with children page.
