At Ice and Fire we pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide from the moment that you book your holiday. We offer an extensive pre-arrival service and friendly, professional staff in resort to cater for your needs.

Booking Service

Our free booking service takes the hassle out of the holiday before you even arrive in La Plagne. We can reserve taxis or airport transfers; book lift passes, ski hire or ski school, organise childcare or in-chalet massage, we can even have your luggage delivered directly to the chalet for you!

Pre Arrival Information

Before you arrive at the chalet, we contact you to ensure that your stay is tailor-made to your requirements. We ask you to complete a booking form and we use the information that you include to ensure that everything is ready for your stay.

In Resort Service

Once in resort, our chalet team are friendly yet professional, and here to help whenever you need us. Why not have a look through our extensive information folder for ideas of things to do in the area, ask us for our recommendations for runs to ski on, or let us suggest a restaurant to try at lunchtime?

Worried about travelling with a cot or high chair for the children? No problem, we can arrange for you to borrow one for free. Just realised that one of your group is a vegan? No problem, we will happily cater for you. Want to celebrate a birthday or anniversary? Let us know what you fancy, we can make some recommendations, and then once you've chosen, we can book a restaurant, massage or après ski activity for you.
