With the winter season well and truly over in the alpes, and the summer season about to begin, it feels like an ideal time to look back over our 2011-12 winter season feedback.
Drew's cooking is outstanding and I was enjoying dishes that he made that I would never have ordered in a restaurant.
Each guest who stays with us is asked to complete a feedback form letting us know what they thought of their chalet, the food and the service during their stay.

The place was spotless when we arrived down in the morning and also after skiing
As well as the feedback forms many guests also write us lovely letters, e-mails and posts onto our online guest book.
We also get reviews on trip advisor and chalets direct.
We had great weather and for the most part great snow too – more than met my expectations
As well as the lovely reviews which we recieve many people take the time to pass on their ideas and suggestions.
This feedback is invaluable to us and we it to make decisions for the future of the business, and to improve our service year-on-year.
